I was phone screened by a recruiter and then invited to a first round interview with the Head of People and a Business Partner.
The interview process was good, they asked some behavioral questions - it would have been great if they broke these down into follow up questions to break the questions down as there were multiple parts to answer.
I waited 4 business days to hear back from the recruiter to find out that the business had decided to not hire at such a senior level and were going to look for a more junior role.
Overall the experience was positive but I would have expected a business to review their needs and structure before starting the hiring process rather than mid.
