The interview process was through the wife of the owner of the 11 Sylvan Centres owned. It wasn't very professional as the questions were quite calculated and she arrived late to interview me and changed the time of the interview the morning of. It was a Saturday night after midnight that I received an emial to submit reference by Monday morning, giving very little time to contact the references to let them know they will be contacted, and then they never were.
