I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Syfe in Sept 2024
Interview
The interview process first round was outsourced to an interview Org(interviewVector). The round included 2 leetcode DSA questions, tree(easy) and graph(medium). I completed both the questions, with all testcases working. The interviewer still somehow gave me a negative review and rejected me. This is by far the most unfair judgement I have seen in any interview.
Dear Candidate,
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your interview experience. We regret any frustration or disappointment you may have felt.
As Interview Vector conducted the first round of interviews, we will raise this matter with them to better understand the situation.
If you would like to discuss this further or share additional information, please feel free to reach out to us at vikram@syfe.com.
We take all feedback seriously and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Thanks,
Syfe

I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Syfe (New Delhi) in Jan 2021
Interview
1st round was conducted by InterviewVector, where a guy logged in, posted some LeetCode links to code in, waited for the coding to be done and asked to paste the solution on a word doc. There was no "interview", more like a written exam. Neither Interview Vector nor Syfe bothered to respond about the outcome once the interview was done.
