The first round was conducted by a two-person panel, including what was likely to be the future line manager. The interview began with introductions, an overview of the team, and background information about the role. This was followed by approximately four to five behavioural questions, most of which were best answered using the STAR method.
The second round was with a more senior manager and focused primarily on assessing cultural fit within the team. It was less technical in nature and more conversational, with discussions centred around workplace expectations, working style, and how you would approach the realities of the role.
