      Sales Development Representative (SDR) Interview

      31 Mar 2022
      Anonymous employee
      San Francisco, CA
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Swrve (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2018

      Interview

A recruiter contacted me, I interviewed with who would be my direct manager and then his manager. The recruiter was very pushy, my former manager was not helpful in answering my questions during probation period. His manager took me for a walk and said they wouldn't be able to pay me because I was overachieving so much in my stats. The next thing I know, I was released.
