4 steps. Firstly, I took the analytical ability test. If you score enough, then you will take a code test. If you score enough, then you will take a lab test, then hr interview
the interview was in phases, first analytical test, then test on programming knowledge and database lastly the viva. First two phase had a minimum passing mark, if passed candidate is moved to next phase. But i have to mention the office is very small, just one room.
