Interview
I applied online and after i send my CV i have been directed to questionnaire page, there were 3 steps. In the 1st step you need to select the 10 correct images in 5 minutes, In the 2nd step there are scenarios or informations related to work and airline safety, you need to select the correct answers again in 5 mins. And the 3rd part is just agree-disagree statements with no time restriction. Once its finish you will receive online interview link as an initial interview. You will record your video.

Te contactan por mail a una entrevista online grupal y luego a la presencial, son amables y cordiales, me gustó la entrevista aunque no quedé, lo unico negativo es que tu postulacion qjeda en la nada porque no te avisan si no quedas.

Had a 1 to 1 interview with very friendly representatives. The interview was chill and the questions were what you’d expect- scenario based and just trying to work out if you align with their company.

Only HR were involved in the process and interview, very efficient and detailed but the lack of possibility to talk to the manager before the job was odd to me
