I was called in for 2 one-on-one interviews with 2 different low level managers and then a week later called in for another one-on-one interview with the head of the department. It was a fairly easy process but did take a long time for them to call back and make an offer. 3 months from beginning to end.

The interview consisted of three rounds. The first one was a general screening where you recorded a video of yourself answering 5 questions through a platform. Then the next 2 rounds were with different team members.

There was a video interview, then maths and english online test. It was weird being interviewed by a machine as initial interview. The second interview was with 2 people. Questions asked where behaviour based and classic "have you ever implemented a process solution to a challenge in your workplace"

I had HR phone call interview, after that I recorded some video question-answer dynamic and after that I had a interview with manger. The process in general was ok. From the first interview to last one, it took like over a month.
