Swiss Re Graduate Program interview questions

I applied online (found the job post via LinkedIn). I uploaded my CV and a cover letter. After a couple of days, I got a phone interview. We briefly went through my CV and some basic questions (e.g. my motivation for this job and for the company, why I want to move to the country, etc.). Then, I received via e-mail 2 tests. After that step, I got invited to the assessment center on the company's premises. Overall the experience was great!

First Stage: Classic Interview where you would get the classic interview questions with the HR manager and your Boss Second Stage: Assessment Centre where you compete against another candidate. The competition last the entire day and there were three assignments, 2 individual and 1 group
