Swiss Post International Logistics interview questions

Online application, HR followed up by a quick unscheduled call stating next step would be an interview. No response what so ever for the next 3 weeks even when I called and messaged directly to follow up. Very disappointing that a Swiss company would behave in this way, particularly as all candidates are owners, and customers of the Swiss Post

The interview was divided into two calls, one to meet the team in general and learn about the company and the other one was a technical interview with the developers
