I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Swirl
Interview
The interview process was a little long, however this was mostly because I was not in San Francisco during the hiring process. The process took around 3 1/2 weeks. The first interview was on the phone and it was like a pre-screening interview to get to know each other, pretty standard questions but the conversation flowed well. The next three interviews were via Skype with 5 different employees of Swirl including the President and CO-CEO.
Overall all of the interviews and skypes were amazing and they did an amazing job explaining the different roles that the EA would have. The interviews felt very comfortable and I felt like I got to know the different people I would be working with.

Interview
Three phone interviews first, then I went in for an in person interview. Overall quick and smooth process. Very nice group of people and it was easy to talk to everyone.
I applied online. I interviewed at Swirl (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2017
Interview
I applied for Swirl in April 2017 and the process from application to final call took roughly one month. I had my first phone call the day after I applied, came in for an on-site 3 days later, and a 2nd onsite 5 days after that. The Monday after my last on site, they asked for my references and that took another week. I went out of town the week after that and had a check in all the Monday after I returned back home. Turns out they weren't able to onboard a new full-time EA due to other needs. It was a bittersweet moment as the lack of offer wasn't because I wasn't a fit, but because there wasn't budget. If you're lucky enough to interview with Swirl, you will definitely fall in love with the genuineness of the people that work there.
