Round 2: In-person interview with the Maintenance Director and the same department supervisors a few days later. Overall Experience: I had a highly positive and respectful experience interviewing with the maintenance team. The process is well-organized, and the conversations were straightforward and professional, giving me a great feel for their operations and culture. Ultimately, the recruiter personally called me to let me know they selected a candidate with a different educational background. They offered to keep my resume on file for future opportunities, which I really appreciated.
