Interview
The interview process is conducted remotely via video, when possible, over several rounds. It started with the search committee and was followed by select group and one-on-one interviews centered on qualifications and experience. The final stage was a group discussion with the board of directors focused on the vision for the organization and broad plans for bringing it about.
