Virtual Meeting with global HR. The interviewer explained the job description and requested more information regarding my professional experiences and background. The position was to work in Singapore and be open to travel to manage the projects.
Their hiring process is too long and consists of too many steps/interviews. Phone interviews, case study, managment interview. Job description on paper turns out to be much better than the offer or reality.

I applied for a job and was contacted for a first phone interview which was scheduled but they ghosted me and even after several emails, voice message, calls and email to another HR person in the department I got no answer, instead a couple of weeks later I got an automated email saying I didn’t move forward in the process. Have seen the role up on several channels afterwards. Would have nice to have an explanation, I did not expect a process like this from this company.
