The company uses an AI system, so a computer will choose you after you submit your application. Apparently the system liked my resume and got a call a week later asking to set up an interview for the position I applied for. The week after I had a 20 minutes phone interview with HR, which was mostly about my experience and qualifications. It sounded like this person was seeing my CV for the first time while interviewing me. It was quite easy. A few days later I got an automatic rejection email from their system. No explanations whatsoever. I tried reaching out via email to ask for proper feedback but I never got it and I was simply ghosted. It's not about being rejected, it's about the lack of respect shown to applicants that already got interviewed and took the time to personally talk to you.
