Interview
Easy. I got hired right away. I think all you need to do is impress the hiring manager. You have to come dressed to impress also. You have to wear a business suit or a blazer if you have one. Do research about the company because they will ask you about that. Show them that you are willing to learn and meet your sales quota. Be sure you're a team player. Use the word "flexible" work schedule. They like that too.

We met at the shop and went to the sitting area, where we conducted the interview in a friendly and open way. They do have to write your responses on a clip board so that is a bit intimidating.
Super easy, just sat in the food court and talked about some experiences and scenarios that I would encounter on the job. Heard back within a few days. Very laid back and nice.

Very casual, asked me about my prior experience in retail and customer service. The manager asked me what are the differences between a feature and benefit of a piece of jewellery and to give an example.
