Great process - very lean. In terms of difficulty, I don't think that is a helpful metric. But, the people were genuine, I got a good sense of the company without being strung along for months.

Interview
Met initially with HR and then with entire senior staff which is a very engaged group. Questions were typical and focused but without any condensation. Conversations were most illustrative of the company's culture.

I was going to apply online but the website makes you re enter in all the info from your resume. I did not finish the process. This shows a lack of respect for candidates' time.
