The process is a little long. I would have a call with an HR representative to speak about the type of work you do as a consultant and how does it work. You can question anything you need and they will try to prepare you for the next phase (if you make it)
The next step, in my case, was to meet with an HR Executive to talk about job, experience and salary expectations. If this person agrees on, they will send set you up for a technical interview.
In my case, once again, I had two. One was very long and the other one was very quick. The first one was very technical in a general perspective of aptitudes towards the job and the other one was more specific regarding my knowledge in the programming language I was applying with my most time of experience.
