Contacted by recruiter, said they liked my profile and had a few positions in mind but couldn’t say which. At the very end they offered me a position of lower rank and salary than my current role at the time. Very frustrating as they asked me salary expectations and saw my cv - obviously.

Entrevistas com RH em SP e com o gerente em MS. Duração media de 1h cada entrevista. Analisam, marcam entrevistas e depois não tem feedback. Embora a falta de resposta, já seja uma resposta, o ideal uma vez que contrataram empresa de RH era responder o candidato, ainda que por e-mail dizendo que não prosseguirá no processo.
