Sutter Health Project Manager, Integration IV interview questions

Applied in April 2025. Didn't hear anything until June 2025. Rejected in August 2025. Had 3 interviews: 1 with hiring manager, 1 with HR recruiter, and 1 with panel. The entire interview process felt disjointed, with HR even admitting that their interview was being done independently of the hiring manager. It was very confusing. I would have preferred to be immediately sent a rejection email after the panel interview, instead of waiting nearly a month after it to receive the rejection. Very inefficient and very slow recruitment process overall.
