The interview process was smooth — the recruiter reached out and scheduled a group interview, which went well. That said, from what I’ve seen, it seems like there may be a strong preference for hiring from certain backgrounds ( preference goes to Philippines ) which can make it harder for equally qualified candidates to be considered.
