I had an extensive interview process with 4 rounds when the original communication indicated that there would not be more than 3 rounds. First I met with an EA supervisor, followed by another EA, third with the VP I’d supporting, and lastly with 2 other EAs from a different region. Everyone was perfectly nice, but the process felt unnecessarily long.

Applying for this position was frustrating because the recruiter contacts you and says they are going to move your resume up to the next step in interviews and then you never hear from them. No response to my email either.
