Overwhelmingly large round table with everyone there, each participant asked a question but it was almost repetitive. This made the process difficult to try and reframe new answers for the same questions.

Difficult situation at work and how you handled it
The panel interview process is extremely intimidating. There are approximately 8 staff including, manager, assistant manager, and other nurses from the department. The manager asks most of the questions, while the other staff judge your answers.
Quick and simple. The manager called and I interviewed on zoom with them and a charge nurse. Called by HR within the hour to offer job. Good, easy experience. Expected questions.
