Interview
The interview process was refreshingly simple and streamlined. It consisted of just two steps: first, a take-home technical test that focused on practical skills rather than typical Leetcode problems. Following this, there was a single interview with the team, which was more conversational and collaborative in nature. This approach made the entire experience less stressful and more engaging.
