My workplace was a small business, not a franchise so the interview process overall is not too difficult and pretty straightforward, not so challenging interview questions. The manager who is also the interviewer is friendly and nice which makes the interview less stressful and more like a chat.

One phone call and one in person interview. The lady on the phone interviewed me in person, overall around 30 minutes. She asked questions like "have you worked in customer experience before" , "tell me about a difficult situation".
