Same experience as with the people below. I applied on LinkedIn, their senior technical recruiter responded with an interview request and I chose a time on her calendar based on her availability. She did not call during the scheduled time of respond to follow ups. Total waste of time on the interview and prep. For a company that size, that’s extremely unprofessional. If their recruiters ghost, do you really want to work there? What a shame.

What a colossal waste of time. Went through: - Screening interview - Hiring manager interview - 3x interviews with various staff members - Was asked to create and deliver a 15 minute presentation (which I still can't believe I did) to about 20 people, and the person asking this thought it wouldn't take more than an hour of my time (including delivering the actual presentation) - Follow up interview with hiring manager - Interview with someone who would be my direct report All to get some generic email at the end saying sorry, no thanks. This is an absolutely obnoxious process for someone not being offered a job. If you put someone through this many hoops, you don't know what you're doing. The kicker was seeing the job posted yet again last week. Don't do it.
