Extremely tedious and long 4 stage interview that lasts about a month from HR, Direct Manager, Head of Marketing, and GM. After the GM interview, unless you get an offer, don't expect to hear back.
Questions are basic and unrelated. Having the GM involved is unnecessary, with questions asked being the same or unrelated questions with little to no impact on the job.
While other companies are simplifying the hiring process, this company does not try to do so.
Suggestions:-
Simplify the hiring process and have constructive feedback if a candidate is suited for the job instead of a pass or fail process after go through the interview process.
