This interview was a waste of time. I applied for a PR position. Upon arriving, I was given a general interview. It was clear that this was a sales job. The entire office had 2 people in it, which seemed very shady. During the interview, he told me that I would be doing "door-to-door sales for the first 4 weeks, then become a manager, and in 9 months, I would be running an office, just like he was today." Um, no thanks, pyramid scheme. I read the Glassdoor reviews before going, but decided to try it out anyways... All the other Glassdoor reviews are right!! The interview heavily focused on management questions, goal questions, and competitive questions. Every question I asked, he beat around the bush. I specifically asked what the job was and it was almost like he didn't know! He was a bit aggressive when I gave an answer he didn't like. And, everything had to be done the next day. I was called, interview #1 on the next day, and (declined) interview #2 on the very next day - failure to jump at their word meant I wouldn't be considered, which, truly, was no loss on my part! It's like they want to get your "hired" before you catch on to what's really going on. Overall, it was a good and easy interview, just for a bad, unstable, and unclear job at a shady company. Unless you're desperate or looking for interview experience, I'd steer clear.
