Telephone Screening was arranged by the recruiter. The screener called me and asked questions about my experience. I g provided the information he asked for. He asked very general questions and seemed to be looking for specific things, I felt he was trying to rule you out instead of trying to fill the position. I was thankful I did'nt get this one because I got a much better role paying 25% more than they were willing to pay the following week.
