Phone interview, then contacted right away for a virtual interview. Each took about 45 mins and they focused primarily on my past experience walking through my resume. Asked the minimum base pay I would accept and a range.

Question 1
How to stay organized remotely, how to solve problems or explain information to a client, asked a lot about background experience.
The interview process was relatively easy and comfortable. It begins with an interview with a senior talent partner, and then the second interview will be with a member of management in one of the regional offices.
Very simple questions regarding work experience. Questions about what software you had experience with. First was a phone interview with someone from HR and then it was a video chat interview.
