The interview process was an AI screening interview (20 minutes), a recruiter interview via Zoom and then a hiring manager interview. They told me I’d hear back from them 1-3 business days after the final interview.

SupportNinja ghosted me after the initial interview, which the recruiter said I passed. They said that they would endorse my application to Operations but never heard back from them. I even sent them follow-up emails twice but no response.
