Took an online timed test with computer questions. Had two phone interviews. The first phone interview was just asking questions about me and my background. The second phone interviewer asked technical questions that I had to google the answers for and not have any dead air.

Answered job posting, quick review of qualifications with an HR rep, a soft skills interview and a technical interview. The technical interview for technical positions will be both based on your job expectations and background that allows them to understand if you are a technical person or not. Some positions do not require a lot of technical knowledge, but the technical background should still be there.
