I applied through LinkedIn and received a technical assessment which was submitted well before time but I got ghosted after that.
Assessment was something like developing a full-scale chatbot interface.

Way too long for the interviews for a role that wasn't prepared at all for any of them. Organisational mess by management. When joined, there was no proper training or thorough explanation on expectations.
