Support Revolution interview questions

Applied for the role and the internal recruiter got back to me asking to interview 4 days later and the interview took place a few days after that. Interview was pleasant, interviewer was straight forward, definitely seemed to be a tick box exercise and the interviewer seemed disengaged. I was told feedback would be before the end of the week. No feedback till the week after. I admit to having some severe concerns prior to the interview (having read the reviews and in particular the responses from managers at Support Revolution!!), I nevertheless felt there would be a good opportunity to make positive change.
