The initial interview was just okay. I was very honest and told her about my personal obligations however those obligations would not interfere with this internship. I could tell - because of the tone of interviewer - that this was still a problem. Take this information with you whenever you interview with this organization.

The first round was a phone interview with the HR. The interview went good. After the phone interview, I got a reject mail from the HR in less than a week.
