Interview
The process was as follows:
- 15 min HR Call Screen
- 30 min HR Call Screen
- 2-hour in-person interview with 4 different people for 30 minutes each, the 4 people were different people from the company at different positions, including someone who was in the position you are applying for, manager, lead, and CTO

I had 4 interviews, interviewers did not prepare their questions, and it seemed they did not read my resume at all. All interviews were via phone, the last one was supposed to be with the CEO in-person
