Superior Management Solutions interview questions

This company contacted me. Set up for next day interview. It was short as was told to me just to let me know exactly what the job was, salary was discussed, the expectations, and other miscellaneous information. Then after that a second interview was set up where it included a visit to a job location to see exactly what they do. Showed up for the 2nd interview drove down to Golden Valley from Roseville. A 20 minute out of the way drive. Got to the job and he had told the two of us he would ask us a few more questions about 10 minutes each. He asked about my hours of availability which I had mentioned before. Told me my availability would not be a good fit for the company. I could at that point leave. Everyone was nice during the interview process. I fail to see the professionalism in bringing a possible employee 25 minutes out of the way to send them home within 15 minutes. I just think the other 10 minute interview to clear up details should be done at the office. Just don't bring someone to an out of the way job site to send them home.

Job posting was found on every possible site available under a deceptive title of "marketing intern." Drew a lot of applicants that didn't really know what the job was about (standing around in a store for 8 hours a day and approaching people about DirecTv). Not difficult to make it through the actual interviews themselves--the first one was just to make sure you were sociable enough, could look presentable, and were willing to do the job and the second one was at the store to make sure you knew what the job entailed and were willing to do it. The selection process is not difficult; it's the retaining of employees that is.
