Video Interview with Hiring Manager No follow up at all. Not impressed with any company/person who would "ghost" a candidate (regardless of who is chosen). Especially if you have gone through the process of in-person interview, have concrete direct experience and they tell you they are excited about the next step with you and are very impressed.
