I had a call with the recruiter, then a zoom call with the hiring manager. If I had moved forward, there would be a panel interview followed by an offer letter.

Tell us about your background and why the role interests you. Favorite campaign. How would your previous manager describe you? What KPIs did you report on?
The recruiter was transparent, fair, and helpful. After reaching final rounds, they set up a zoom call to tell me that I did not get the role, rather than send an auto email. Highly recommend their team!

The recruiter reached out to me and scheduled an interview. Then the recruiter did not show up for said scheduled interview, and did not respond to my subsequent follow-up emails. Unprofessional; disorganized; disrespectful.
