The process consisted of an interview with the recruiter with the company they hired to find candidates. It was then followed by an interview with the internal recruiter, the Chief of Staff & the CEO. It was a long drawn out process taking 6 weeks. It would be weeks between interviews. This was especially annoying as when they finally deigned to schedule an interview they would call at midnight and 5:30 am. Apparently, they don’t know there is a time difference between California and India. Ultimately, I did not get the role because they thought I was overqualified and would get bored. They never addressed that with me - just used their mind reading skills. The process left me thinking they valued neither me nor my time.
