My interview experience with this company was uncomfortable from the start. The conversation was filled with buzzwords, lofty promises, and big-picture talk, but none of it was backed up with facts or even basic clarity. Any time I asked for specifics—whether about the product, roadmap, or expectations—I was met with more vague jargon instead of concrete information.
The atmosphere felt strangely cult-like, with everyone hitting the same rehearsed talking points but avoiding real answers. Leadership in particular came off as erratic and ungrounded, more like a self-proclaimed visionary than someone with actual experience or a clear plan.
Another red flag: the interview was surprisingly easy. There were no meaningful questions, no assessment of skills, and no attempt to understand my background beyond the surface level. It didn’t feel like a real vetting process at all—more like they were trying to sell me on joining rather than evaluating whether I was a fit.
Overall, the whole experience felt disorganized and hype-driven. I left with the impression that the company is guided by someone out of their depth, relying on buzzwords instead of substance. I’d recommend asking very pointed questions and paying attention to whether they can answer them directly.
