Super Radiator Coils interview questions

Had a 30 minute interview with the director of sales( Richmond location) , and was then asked to make the 5 hour drive to have dinner with the team so they could make a decision if they wanted to move forward. I declined and was then recontacted about a year later for the same job, and was then rejected because I knew the overview of the company but not extensive details. Overall seems to have no respect for candidates time and sets unrealistic expectations for a preliminary interview
