The interview process was pretty simple. I got a tour of the building, and everyone I interacted with was very nice and informative. There are a team of SLPs, who will interview you. Initially, I felt very overwhelmed with all of the bright colors, and themed bathrooms, however, they made me feel like it was my “home”. Super Duper has a unique staff. I was pleasantly surprised, at the different experiences that each SLP has had. All of the SLPS have worked in the school system, but they also have experience in private practice, contracting, tele therapy, and more.. It was extremely comforting to share stories and product ideas with the staff! Super Duper works together as a team, in order to make all of the products they do, to help many people. I am inspired, and I hope to receive a job offer in the near future!
