it was not done as i expected. the members were all over the place and were not professional. the questions were passed around different members and i answered them one by one across different members
- Multiple workshops and interviews carried out for applicants to better prepare them. - Extensive preparation required for evaluation from interviewers. - Individual presentation and group presentation required during evaluation. - Ability to work in a group is sought after
