It was a quick 3 week interview process using zoom due to the covid pandemic. It started with a phone call, then a zoom call and then a call with their people services. Everyone was extremly friendly and there were some of the traditional interview questions that really made you think.

Walk me through a time that a deal went bad and what did you do to bring it back around? What did you learn from that experience?

Interview
Phone screen. In-Person Interview with two managers. They simply talked, there was no questions asked of me. It was a colossal waste of everyone’s time. It was obvious that because I was female they did not see me in this role.

There were no interview questions. The manager of the manager who called me for an interview. His first comment was, “well, I allowed him to screen some applicants and he chose you, so I’m going to give this interview a courtesy”.
