Interview
Had my initial phone screening, the guy was a little rude with how he talked to me in my interview, but I moved onto the next step, which was supposed to be virtual. I never got the link for the meetup, even though he said he sent it the day after the screening. I figured he'd be sending it the day of the interview like most companies have done with me. He called me and wondered why I missed it. I told him, then he berated me over it. Worst interview experience I've ever had in my life.

It included a writing exam and oral interview regarding basic electrical, solar, and structure knowledge. I received an over within a week or so.
