The recruiter they had was absolutely phenomenal. Once I made it through to the 2nd round with the guy in charge it was a little different. He was polite and nice, I couldn’t get a full picture of the position, but I did understand the last person wasn’t a good fit. That seemed to dominate the conversation. Once he stated that part of the position was to fetch coffee I decided it wasn’t the position for me. Luckily the offer was not extended.
