Once u fill an online application they view it and when your are qualify they mail you for an interview. They have a group interview every tuesdays and you don't have to apply online yet but can attend the interview and once you meet their requirements, they referred you to their website to do the online application

Basic interview that involve questions about dealing with Healthcare field explain how you would handle any type of incident that occurred with dealing with a patient or resident. Also how you would handle any confrontation dealing with a boy or a family member.
