3 interviews. Phone call w recruiter and then in person w rvp and svp. The whole process took roughly two weeks and was very efficient. Also appreciated being able to get genuine answers on reality of the role as well as for seeing challenges which were based off of provided data.

I was interview by the corporate chef and the regional chef at Sunrise Senior living in Seal beach. I felt that the interview went well and the corporate chef told me to return for the next step of the interview process with another manager and to do a food tasting. They never reach out or call back, I was very disappointed that they did not have the common courtesy and professionalism to send me an email about their decision.

Positive and professional interview questions with focus on experience. Approx. 10 questions, the interview lasted about 35 minutes. Ample opportunity to ask questions was offered. process was clearly explained. Follow up expectation was clearly explained.

Jenn Fones was my recruiter and was one of the best I've ever worked with. She was so attentive though the entire process to help ensure I was not lost in the process. The process moved about as quickly as expected and with minimal delay. They asked questions that told them who you are and what type of person you are to sleep make sure you will blend into the culture they are looking for within the communities. They do also ask the typical behavioral based questions as well
