Interview
I applied online, about a week later got an email to schedule an interview. During the group interview the executive asked questions like why we want to work there and if we have any experience, nothing to complicated. About two days later got a call from the business coordinator to schedule a 'preview day' also received paperwork to get finger printed and tb test. About a month later got a call to fill more paperwork and orientation/ shadow a care manager.

I was invited to a group interview after graduating from the American Red Cross. I was hired on that same day. Then I was invited back to complete some paperwork.

Interview
Got called for a group interview the day after I applied, although others in the group said it took over a month to get a call after they applied. A few days after the group interview I got a call from the manager to come in for a job shadow for a few few hours. After that, it took a week or two to actually offer me the job, then another two weeks of training (shadowing) a current senior care manager.
